Administrative Assistant

Come join our team at JMS Rebar! We are seeking a dependable candidate for a full-time Administrative Assistant position at our new Mechanicsville, VA location. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong phone presence, and attention to detail. Prior experience in a data entry position would be preferred, but not required.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department
• Printing tags/tickets
• Handle all mail, including intercompany transfer mail
• Greet customers and visitors with a friendly demeanor
• Filing paperwork as needed
• Help with other administrative duties as needed

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
