Outline of Job Duties:

Check and deliver mail and faxes to the category managers.

Prepare, maintain, and distribute various ad information to the appropriate persons.

Calculate and key quantities for product orders.

Process closeouts for distribution center and MDI products.

Prepare distribution sheets for new items, deleted items, planned displays and closeouts for distribution center items.

Prepare and email distribution sheets for MDI new items and deleted items.

Contact customers with answers about product request forms.

Run micro strategy reports and distribute to the appropriate people.

Key distributions for products to go to the stores.

Assist others with work overflow as assigned by the Merchandising Office Manager.

Fax cumulative out and overages and shortages reports.

Answer phone calls, take messages, and resolve issues for the Category Managers when possible.

Correspond with stores as needed.

Qualifications:

High school graduate supplemented by college degree and/or related experience.

Basic knowledge of office procedures.

Ability to type with speed and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task.

Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis.

Ability to attend on-site work during normal business hours, in the typical work week, as well as extra time as need to fulfill job duties.
