The Administrative Assistant 2 follows established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective administrative support to leadership team. This may include duties such as managing calendars for senior leaders, scheduling needed meetings (including planning for rooms, arranging for food service, scheduling Zoom/video conferences, etc.), assisting in travel arrangements, printing/shipping and so on. The Administrative Assistant 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative / operational / customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

This position can be a remote position. This position may require occasional commuting into the Humana office (potentially 2-3 days per week however this can be flexible).

Responsibilities

Uses office equipment such as photocopiers, faxes, and printers. Additional responsibilities may include distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, filing, maintaining office supplies or other inventory. Decisions are typically focus on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

Required Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities

Strong attention to detail

Capacity to maintain confidentiality

Strong organizational skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $466.00 - $554.00 per week
