  • Providing excellent internal customer service
  • Serving as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, customers, and guests; determining the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
  • Answering, screening, and directing phone calls to staff
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintaining the office in pristine condition, including but not limited to the reception area and conference rooms
  • Communicating with the Administrative Manager on appropriate office and kitchen supply inventory
  • Assisting the Administrative Manager with hospitality needs including meeting set-up in office or offsite
  • Providing support for events within the office by assisting with the execution of such events
  • Assisting the Administrative Manager in the departments support to Senior Leadership as needed
  • Performing administrative and clerical support tasks

Education

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred

Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service, hospitality, or related experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in general office management, including aptitude for project management and general organization

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
