WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Broad Management Group is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in our corporate office in Montvale, NJ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist with daily tasks in support of the management and oversight of BMG’s portfolio of properties throughout the country

· Assist in the preparation of reports, schedules, and budgets for specific properties

· Support regional managers in special projects and tasks as necessary

· Write and edit documents, from letters to reports, and instrcutional documents

· Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

REQUIREMENTS:

· Possess a positive, can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn new tasks

. Highly responsible and reliable

. Detail oriented

· Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work well with limited direction

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office applications

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
