Our firm employs more than 150 team members with a wide range of experience and skills, serving businesses in various industries. We’re looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our Fort Myers, Florida office! Ideal candidates must have experience in a fast-paced, team oriented, customer-centric environment. Excellent math skills, computer skills, organizational skills, and professional phone etiquette required.

This position will be the first face our clients are greeted by when they enter our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Welcome and direct visitors and clients
  • Answer basic tax questions, when necessary.
  • Maintain filing systems as assigned.
  • Produce billing for assigned office.
  • Handle the assembly and filing of tax returns and financial statements.
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
  • Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings, when necessary.
  • Indirectly supervise members of the Administrative team, if applicable.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Maintain a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash.
  • Other duties as assigned.
