Our client, a healthcare office, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Administrative Assistant for their Norwood office! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the staff, organizing, updating supplies; managing relationships with patients; and managing scheduling and calendar of appointments. The qualified Administrative Assistant must have exceptional communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills; extensive skill using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel; strong writing and grammar skills; and ability to work independently as well as on a team.
