About our organization:
Applied Behavioral Counseling provides home based ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy to children with autism in 20+ states across the U.S.
SCHEDULE:
M-F 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. OR 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. OR 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Assist Authorization Department in any/all administrative duties as tasked
- Maintain contact with staff and provide support/assistance as needed when needed
- Maintain coordination with Insurance Carriers for updates
- Submission of Documentation and Review of Reports
- Follow up with all Current, Pending and Passed Due Assignments
- Coordinate with Assessment Coordinator on Task Completion and Outreach Assistance
- Maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Training internal staff as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Responsibilities are subject to change as the position evolves

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $38,000 - $40,000 a year
