Job description
Johnson College is seeking part-time Math instructors to teach in person classes at our new satellite Hazleton campus. This is an on-campus assignment with face-to-face instruction for the fall 2023 semester. Qualified applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field. Previous experience teaching post-secondary courses is preferred. The ideal candidate should have the ability to speak confidently in front of a small crowd and flexible work schedule hours to include morning/evening classes.
Johnson College, Hazleton is located within 30 minutes of Berwick, PA and 40 minutes south of Wilkes-Barre, PA. This campus is designed to make technology education more readily available to the communities of Hazleton, West Hazleton, McAdoo, Conyngham, Mahnoy City, Delano, Tamaqua and their surrounding areas in Luzerne County PA. Johnson College Hazleton is just off route 924 and is only 5 minutes from Interstate 81 in Hazle Township.
