Description
The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, is recruiting adjunct faculty to teach graduate cybersecurity courses at our Orlando Campus. Adjunct faculty may teach one to two courses per term (5 terms per year) between day and night classes. Courses include but are not limited to: communications, social networking, critical infrastructures, intelligence/counter-intelligence, strategic operations, encryption/decryption, law and policy, threat detection, forensics, deterrence, protection of space assets, social engineering, or cloud computing.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Master's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, MIS, or closely related is required. Applicants who also possess considerable experience in the field of cybersecurity are strongly encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching at the graduate or undergraduate level
- Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, MIS, or a closely related field focusing on cybersecurity.
- Experience in information security, cybersecurity, or a related area
