Member Duties : *Motivational interviewing and coaching of 7-10 VISTAs *Contribute to program assessment with a racial equity lens *Develop trainings and retreats for the VISTA program *Contribute to other Center initiatives regarding advocacy and community development for the VISTAs that align with professional goals and interests
