Weintraub Engineering and Inspections, Inc, located in Sun City Center, Florida, a SAFEbuilt company is currently seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team of professionals. This position offers great opportunity for dynamic, motivated self-starters to work on a variety of work assignments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating Invoices using QuickBooks Enterprise by acquiring information from vendor portals.
- Review automated invoices in QuickBooks Enterprise.

Codes and posts cash receipts.

Maintains accounting ledgers and client accounts and performs research.

Generates and maintains receivable schedules and coordinates collection efforts with operational staff.

Assists with month-end close.
- Special projects and duties, as assigned.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Minimum of 1 year billing experience and general knowledge of accounting practices and principles
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
- Strong working knowledge of Account Receivables
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be highly dependable and detail oriented.
- Positive and professional attitude.
EDUCATION:
While a degree isn’t mandatory, an understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required. A degree in accounting would be beneficial.
Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour – Will be determined based on experience
