Summary:
Assist in accurately maintaining all processes and safeguarding the assets related to accounts receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the daily invoicing process
- Complete the daily RGA process
- Maintain Customer statements
- Process all credit card payments
- Process all credit references
- Complete cash application and all banking processes
- Maintain customer payment and tax documentation
- Communicate top risks and priorities with management

Qualifications:
The position will be located in Elkhart, IN. College degree in Accounting/related preferred or 1-2 years of accounting experience. Working with multi-location manufacturing experience is a plus. Good organizational, analytical and communication skills. Excellent problem solving and leadership skills. Internal and External customer focus. Computer literacy with Windows applications, experience in Amtech a plus. Basic accounting skills. Ability to read and write English. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and working with fractions and percentages.
