The Accounts Receivable/Finance Specialist reports directly to the Accounting Manager/Controller
Summary:
We are looking to fill the role for our Accounts Receivable position. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in Excel and have a detail-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be eager to learn and willing to grow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of billing and collections of customers
- Make contact with past-due accounts
- Manage relations with all Blue Raven Solar Financiers –
- o To include, but not limited to – providing documentation, resolution, for funding
- Prepare weekly progress reports and other “ad-hoc” reports as necessary.
- Preparing general ledger entries and reconciling accounts as part of the monthly close
