EXPERIENCED PART-TIME ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE CLERK - wanted for our Waterville location.

Responsibilities include:

· Answer phone calls – good customer service and phone etiquette

· Post customer payments by recording cash, check and credit card transactions

· Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices per account

· Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales and customer service

· Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and credit lines

· Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts

· Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential

Requirements include:

• Well experienced in Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills (accuracy & attention to detail)
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Good customer service and a great attitude with people
• Ability to multitask
• Willingness and desire to learn
• Accounts Receivable experience
• Building construction and lumber knowledge a plus
