The Job Cost Accountant works with the office staff to ensure that all jobs are costed properly, accurately, and follow the guidelines for the Job Cost Accountant. There is never a dull moment. - Can manage the Accounts Receivable and collections process
- Has computer, software, network, knowledge

- Skilled and thorough researcher with excellent communication and record-keeping skill’s
- Review job closings
- Communicate with current and prior clients to request payment and arrange payment plan’s
- Collect payment from customer and accurately record it into the system
- Create report’s and balance sheet’s that document overall profit and loss
- Update client account’s based on payment or contact information
- Production of monthly financial reports
- Assist with AP
- Other miscellaneous task’s that may come up
- 2+ Years of customer service experience
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of construction job cost accounting
- On the job QuickBooks knowledge and experience
- Microsoft Excel Knowledge
- PTO – Paid Time off and company paid holidays
- Medical
