All Pro Commercial Services is a small growing business dealing in Commercial Facility Services. We are looking for a part time Accounts Receivable clerk with a background in Quickbooks.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our busy team. The ideal candidate is comfortable in an office environment and has experience working with customers and knowledge of Quickbooks. Our team is a close knit group of professionals who work together to get the job done, and we are looking for a similarly friendly and professional individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• An exemplary knowledge of office policies and procedures.
• Read and understand above average financial documents.
• Strong knowledge of billing systems and procedures-Quickbooks
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
