Accounts Payable Specialist
The Urology Group[ is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist to work full time, 40 hours, Monday through Friday in our Business Office located in Norwood, Ohio. No evenings, no weekends, no holidays. This is not a remote/work from home position.
Job Duties:
- Reviews invoices for accuracy, i.e., prices extended properly and appropriate taxes charged
- Codes invoices
- Maintains recurring payables file and monitors for timeliness of payments
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
HS Diploma required, some college preferred.
Preferred minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. Strong attention to detail skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. Excellent time management skills.
Microsoft Excel skills and GP knowledge are a plus.
Ideal candidate will be detail-minded, organized, dependable, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
