Job description
We have a client in the Appleton area who is navigating a software implementation and need additional support on their Accounts Payable team. This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months. This is an onsite role during the training period and will allow for a hybrid work schedule once trained.
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Sort and code invoices
- Complete credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and perform check runs
- Process 3-way matching invoices
- Respond to all vendor inquiries
- Maintain vendor files
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
- Report sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoice
Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
