Person responsible for invoicing and recording financial information and for making sure that account balances are up to date, so their superiors can monitor budgets, spending and profits.
Duties Include:
- Assist with financial data entry and general bookkeeping –
- Invoicing – Monthly & Bi-Weekly Customers
- Mobile Crew Timesheets
- Lifestyle Invoicing & Payouts
- Payroll – Building Coverage Payouts
- Bank Reconciliation
- Monitor Bank Accounts
- Manage data, records, and reports
- Invoicing – Monthly & Weekly Customers
- Invoice all Monthly customers on a Monthly and Bi-Weekly Schedule
Invoices must be prepared in a timely manner, on scheduled
- Invoice all Bi-Weekly customers
Invoices must be prepared and reviewed by Thursday of every week
- Invoicing – Mobile Crew Timesheets
- Ramon’s Mobile Crew must be invoiced on a weekly basis
Invoices must be prepared every Thursdays of every week
- Invoicing – Lifestyle Services
- Lifestyle Invoicing of expenses, monitor Lifestyle Budgets, process Lifestyle Payouts
Invoices must be prepared every Month, Payouts must be prepared Bi-weekly
- Payroll – Building Coverage Payouts
- Process Manual checks for Building Coverage Payouts
Invoices must be prepared every Thursdays of every week
- Bank Reconciliations –
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations of designated bank accounts
- Monitor Bank Accounts –
- Monitor all bank account activities (Positive Pay – all operating accounts)
- Assist in Audits if necessary
