Westmark Enterprises is looking for our next Accounts Payable-Royalty Coordinator to assist our Accounting Department. No experience required! This position is a great fit for anyone, with any educational and/or accounts payable experience. This position will require the individual to have great attention to detail and be very customer service oriented. You will be working closely to process payments to our authors for sales of their books. This position will work in our home office in Dubuque, Iowa.

What You'll Do!

• You will work with our clients to ensure proper identification of author, recipient, royalty formulas, etc.
• You will process royalty disbursements by generating and handling reports and other records to ensure proper payments and statements are generated correctly
• You will coordinate with authors and internal departments for uncashed checks, changes in agreements and handling author settlements

Who We Need!

• We are looking for the right person, not necessarily a specific degree! You may have any college experience, and/or six months to a year of office experience
• Someone who is very comfortable using Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Someone with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• We'd be extremely excited to meet anyone with previous Accounts Payable or Payroll Processing experience
