Responsibilities:
What are we looking for in a candidate?
Experience in high volume accounts payable/receivables- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
- Perform monthly reconciliations (i.e. credit card statements)
- Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
- Prior construction accounting experience a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent- Must be able to pass government background check
- Proficient in spreadsheet software; strong EXCEL skills
- Three (3) plus years of experience
- People person with excellent communication skills
