JOB SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable functions while ensuring compliance with process controls. In this role, the Accounts Payable Consultant will assume the responsible for maintaining the vendor master profiles within Oracle. They will also assist with resolving vendor inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for complete processing information and proper approval
• Research and verify correct vendor information and nonpayment prior to entry
• Create and maintain vendor master profiles including banking details
• Assist internal departments and vendors with research and details
• Coordinate data gathering for internal and external audits
• Other duties as assigned by management

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year(s) of Accounts Payable experience including high volume data entry
• 1+ years of MS Office experience
• 2+ years of Excel experience
• 1+ yeas of experience working in SAP, ARIBA, and/or Lawson
• High School diploma or GED

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requires sitting for long periods of time. Some bending, stretching or reaching required. Requires the physical dexterity to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and other office equipment as necessary. Requires ability to perform data entry functions for 95% of the scheduled work shift and perform duties in a fast-paced environment with high demands and tight deadlines. Requires ability to view computer monitor for long periods of time without eyestrain.
