Position Summary:
The Accounting Clerk will Provide primary support for Vendors (Meadowood, Southbridge and The Napa Valley Reserve). Will be responsible for invoice management. Review and follow up of all A/P emails for Meadowood, Southbridge and The Napa Valley Reserve.
Responsible vendor statement review.

Major Responsibilities & Work Activities:

Customer Service

• Answers the phone utilizing Meadowood standards and managing the call based on the specific needs of the caller.
• Makes sure that voice mail and email messages are retrieved daily and are responded to appropriately.
• Promptly and courteously responds to requests of vendors.

Weekly Duties:

• Responsible opening mail daily and routing for approval for all properties.
• Invoice scans to Cedar Creek.
• Preparing invoice batch upload and posting into Nav.
• Preparing vendor payments for approval.

Monthly Duties:

• Vendor statement review and follow up for all properties.
• Month end reconciliations, accruals, etc.
• All other duties as assigned.
