Bookkeeper Position
The Camphill School is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper that will also assist with some of the financial aspects of human resources tasks. Although we serve two separate campuses, working location will be in-house, four days per week, at our main Beaver Run campus in Glenmoore, PA. Experience with Sage Intacct accounting software is a plus, but not required. Must be able to demonstrate basic Microsoft Excel functions. This position is a vital part of our community and we are looking for someone with strong personal skills who is very organized.

Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping
- Accounts Payable - Entering and paying bills in Sage Intacct accounting software
- Create daily log of cash receipts
- Responsible for making bank and remote deposits
- Keeping spreadsheets for various accounts and funds
- Keeping records of all registered vehicles on both campuses
- Must be very organized with strong filing skills (both physical and electronic)
Human Resources
- Track eligibility for Long Term Care coverage and enroll employees when eligible
- Assist Human Resources department as requested
- Keep benefit providers current with changes
Qualifications: 5+ years demonstrated bookkeeping, associate’s degree or higher is a plus
Schedule: 8:30AM - 4:30PM; 4 days per week
Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
Start Date: Mid-May
