The Shared Services Accounts Payable Analyst will play a key role in supporting the procure-to-pay process for the entire organization. Ultimately, in this role the candidate reviews processing exceptions, performs data entry, address stakeholder concerns regarding invoice processing, manages vendor relationships, and other support requests.

The Shared Services Accounts Payable Analyst will play a key role in supporting the procure-to-pay process for the entire organization. Ultimately, in this role the candidate reviews processing exceptions, performs data entry, address stakeholder concerns regarding invoice processing, manages vendor relationships, and other support requests.
Responsibilities Will Include
Monitor and manage invoice processing queues, clear duplicate listings, and produce daily invoice reports- Manage integration errors
- Resolve vendor issues
- Support owner and financial statement owner requests
- Process subcontractor requisitions from Operations; reconcile and remediate invoice errors with project team(s) as needed
- Review and process utility invoices
- Support internal stakeholder requests
- Enter invoices into Coupa and/or SAP system for processing
- Special projects as needed
- Identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies between invoice and PO
- Develop and sustain relationships with other divisions and locations
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or requisite experience- SAP and Coupa experience preferred
- Solid analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify process issues and address them before they become issues
- Keen attention to detail and take pride in data accuracy
- Ability to thrive and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent track record of customer service; willing to go above and beyond; problem-solver
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills and an aptitude to learn multiple systems
