Your Next Career Opportunity – Accounts Payable Administrator II - Tax

Provide administrative support to the domestic tax department in areas related to the processing and researching of property tax bills ensuring compliance with property tax policy and procedures.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

  • Process property tax bills received from municipalities and landowners.
  • Code and process invoices into PTMS accurately.
  • Address landowner inquires in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for research related to property tax bills.
  • Research back billing opportunities.
  • Research delinquent tax bills and communicate findings to Property Tax Manager.
  • Prepare checks for mailing.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma/GED AA strongly preferred;
    • and 2+ years of experience working in the field of finance/ accounting.
  • Great Plains and Property Tax Management System experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
