Accounting Technician

Location: Round Rock, TX

Salary: $19-22 an hour

Hours and Work Environment: Full-time, with flexible hours to fit your schedule. We are generally in-office in Round Rock (IH-35 at Exit 251), but occasionally work remote. This position is considered an in-person position with the potential to eventually accommodate hybrid remote schedule.

A Day in the life as the Accounting Technician is never boring. You’ll be working in partnership with the accounting team on a daily basis on a variety of tasks related to accounts payable, credit card account reconciliations and general ledger postings related to month end reporting and much more. There is plenty of opportunity for learning and development and advancement. Primary and secondary responsibility areas will be defined so that you are abundantly challenged and never bored, but not overwhelmed.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be very organized, have a strong attention to detail and a desire to build accounting knowledge and grow your career in accounting. We run on Vista Cinema for POS, Restaurant 365 for inventory control, back-office processing and financial reporting, and ADP for payroll and HR.

Of course, you’ll demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with the staff, your peers, management team members at the theaters and top management as well as with vendors.
