【Responsibilities/Main Duties】

Closing of monthly and annual accounts, budgetary table preparation, management and development of team staff, daily accounting (payment, billing, accounts receivable management), general approval work, finance (fund utilization, profit management), Fixed Assets Management, negotiation with advisory accountants and tax accountants, Improving operations for greater efficiency, daily accounting duties (payment, invoicing, accounts receivable management), general approval duties, Subsidiary Management, Improving operations for greater efficiency, etc.

• 月次、年次決算のclosing作業全般、予算表作成、チームスタッフの管理・育成、日常経理(支払,請求、売掛管理)、承認業務全般、財務(資金活用、利益管理)、税務申告・税務対応、固定資産管理、顧問会計士、税理士との折衝、管理会計.予実分析、子会社管理、 効率化に向けた業務改善　　※上記業務及びマネジメント業務を担当していただきます。

【REQUIRED SKILL】

‐ At least 3 years of accounting related work experience in a corporate environment./企業における経理関連実務の経験(3年以上)

‐ Previous management/leadership experience./マネジメント/リーダー経験のある方

【Preferrable Skills】

-　Accounting related experience in the travel industry/旅行業での経理関連業務経験

-　Ability to handle monthly and annual closing tasks./月次・年次決算業務に対応できる方

-　Knowledge of financial or tax-related matters./財務もしくは税務関連の知識がある方

-　Experience in proactively working on business improvement./業務改善を主体的に取り組んだ経験のある方

-　Japanese communication skills plus./Japaneseとも日常会話レベル以上
