iBUYPOWER is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting Team. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for processing and handling the company’s day-to-day financial and accounting activities. The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of following instructions and guidance from senior staff, and possess certain degrees of working experience in the accounting/finance field.

Key Responsibilities*
- Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them.
- Review and approve customer orders.
- Assist the Customer Service team with any payment-related issues.
- Post credit memo for customer returns/repairs/exchanges.
- Post payment and prepare invoices for customer accounts.
- Perform bank account reconciliations.
- Verify the accuracy of recorded transactions.
- Assist with internal quarterly inventory count.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Capable of working independently.
- Must be detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Extensive experience in the industry is a plus.
- Experience in the computer industry is a plus.
- Experience in SAP is a plus.
- Mandarin speaking is a plus.
