Summary: Review, code, enter and pay invoices in AP system.
Responsibilities:
- Attach digital invoice into Sage
- Obtain PO & Packing Slips for invoices
- Match PO/Packing Slip to invoices
- Submit invoices for approval
- Follow up on invoices waiting for PO & Packing Slips
- Pull copies of incomplete invoice for payments
- Scan invoice & Index paid invoices
- File paid invoices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Sage preferred (1 year preferred)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Data Entry
- Organizational skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable
- Team player
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
