Description
RedWater is seeking a strong & motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Assistant. This individual will be responsible for daily sales of the country clubs & restaurants, along with assisting in some accounts receivable duties. We are looking for an individual with a high level of detail in reviewing sales records and processing sales data. Independent decision-making is expected since employee will function within a well-defined framework of procedures under general supervision.
Education
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
Experience
Some experience in a related field preferred.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Prepare daily sales reports and deposits
· Process member payments
· Maintain member account database
· Maintain various Excel spreadsheets
· Open, sort, and route incoming mail
· Respond to email / phone inquiries from customers, members, vendors & associates

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
