We are looking for an entry-level Accountant with basic office skills and accounting knowledge. The position will focus on accounts receivable billings, accounts payable entry and record keeping. Must have a positive attitude, be a good team player, and be able to provide whatever assistance that may be required from management. The ideal person would have skills such as communicating effectively, is task-driven, and knows how to manage their time effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable Entry
  • Verify and process Invoices
  • Intercompany Accounting
  • Upload invoices in Software Management Systems
  • Accounts Receivable and Subscription Billing
  • Weekly Collection Calls, including AR aging reports
  • Check and verify credit card transactions
  • Daily Deposits
  • Assist the management with accounting and administrative duties as may be requested
  • Maintain company policies and procedures as they are created and implemented

Typical Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of accounting work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of computers and application software
  • Experience using Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment such as fax, printer, copier
  • Sound working knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
