JLJI Enterprises, Inc. - Cleveland

Looking for a 3 day per week (24 hours) Accounting Assistant with 2+ years of experience in a similar role in the field of Commercial Construction who demonstrates strong communication skills with clients, vendors and field personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities included, but are not limited to:

• Entering purchase orders and submitting to Vendors
• Matching packing slips with AP invoices
• Entering accounts payable invoices into Foundation Software System
• Filing and mail
• Assisting the Accounting Manager with miscellaneous office duties
• Communicate with Foreman and General Superintendent to ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Develop and nurture client relationships.

• Experience includes: 2+ years of office or data entry accounting experience with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with Foundation Software program is helpful but not necessary.
• This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.10 - $21.80 per hour
