Accounting Administrator
The Accounting Administrator has day-to-day responsibility for accounts payables, credit cards and customer invoicing. The Accounting Administrator supports the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities include:

Processes employee expense reimbursement -
Manages company credit and card program
-
Manages the accounts payable function including vendor invoices and credits and prepares bills for payment, reconciles vendor statements

Process returned checks and member refunds using the HealthBridge admin portal

Generate customer invoices and enter payments

Process bank transactions
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
-
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent or related work experience -
1-3 years' experience working in an accounts payable environment

Ability to organize work, work accurately and to implement controls and reconciliations

Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite of products
-
Experience working with accounting systems

Basic knowledge of accounting procedures

Detail oriented and comfortable working to deadlines
-
Trustworthy – this role has access to confidential company information and must be relied upon to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information
Available to Work:

8AM – 5PM (Monday – Friday) -
As needed based on business needs
