- Salary: $41,000-45,000/annual + bonuses + full benefits.
A day in the life of an Account Manager / Recruiter:
- Administrative onboarding and office duties as needed. Phones, clerical duties, drug testing, etc
- Build strong client relationships to uncover and assess needs
- Manage & coordinate temporary employees at our client locations in driving distance from the branch office
- Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews using video conferencing and in-person meetings
- Post and update ads on various job boards
- Conduct searches for candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to online searches, internet postings, candidate database
- Recruit, hire and fire
Who we're looking for:
- Previous recruiting or account management experience preferred, but not required
- Warehouse lead, warehouse supervisor, onsite supervisor, recruiter or HR assistant experience is a plus
- Excellent PC skills
- Self-starter eager to learn and own the position
- Problem-solving—the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully
- Driver's license and car
