Tribal Diagnostics is searching for an entry-level Account Manager in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The Account Manager will serve as the liaison between Tribal Diagnostics and our laboratory clients (healthcare providers) to address client needs, as well as identify new potential business relationships. Starting pay is $45k - $60k annually plus commission.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales leadership to develop relationships with key accounts to retain
- Identify new opportunities with healthcare providers
- Train clinical staff on specimen collection, ordering and shipping procedures
- Work closely with Territory manager and lab personnel
- Assist with obtaining missing information
- Provide analytics including utilization review to healthcare providers
- Maintain proficient level of knowledge on products & competition
- Call on existing accounts
- Onboard new accounts
- Arrange pick-ups for accounts.
- Performs other duties as assigned
