ACCOUNT MANAGER
The Account Manager represents the organization in activities generating referrals for our home health services by establishing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and other referral sources.

Salary Potential: $75K inclusive of an opportunity for competitive compensation based on base salary with minimum commission expectation of 15 admits.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on going meeting with physicians, discharge planners and other healthcare professional.
  • Facilitate education regarding Medicare guidelines with referral sources.
  • Meet and/or exceed goals set by sales leadership.
  • Gain clear knowledge & understanding of all specialty programs offered and demon.
  • Maintain timely submission of timesheet, expense reports and CRM documentation.
  • Read and adhere to all Agency policy and procedures.
  • Participate in in-service education and other personnel training.
  • Coordinate with branches and referral sources in obtaining physician signatures on orders and obtaining Face to Face.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing sales referrals and other sales related activities in accordance with Stark Laws, Anti-Kickback laws and company policies.
  • Maintains daily/weekly sales calendar in Playmaker.
  • Attends all sales meetings and training session required by sales leadership.
Qualifications:
Education: Must have a college degree, equivalent experience or a licensed professional.

Experience: One year experience in home health or healthcare sales.

Skills: Effective communication, collaborative, relationship builder, time management, solution oriented, eager to teach and train, ambitious, and motived. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with referral partners, all segments of the staff, the lay and professional public, and the Medical Director.

Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid and current auto liability insurance.
