We are currently hiring for an Account Manager in the Athens GA area. This position will be for both the Georgia and South Carolina region.


DSN develops solutions that automate the Title and Registration and Scanning processes for Automotive Dealerships. Our mission is to provide best-in-class products and services to our clientele and earn their business every day.


As a key member of our organization, the Account Management role requires a purpose-driven, self-starting individual who excels in an autonomous (virtual) work environment and can work effectively with all levels of client personnel to meet their needs. In-state travel is required at approximately 75%. Account Managers are responsible for leading the operations process of Client onboarding and continued account lifecycle by overseeing all aspects of the implementation of the company’s products/services.


Job description:


This position will consist of meeting with our existing clients, maintaining our current accounts, upselling our products, entertaining clients, and updating our CRM salesforce.

As the Georgia and South Carolina Account Manager you will be responsible for driving and achieving specific goals by managing the business relationship of a strategic accounts lead list. You will be utilizing all resources to maximize revenue, sales growth, market share and productivity gains. You will also collaborate with key customer executives to gain a broad understanding of the business goals and strategies, both short and long term, and build relationships with key decision-makers within selected companies to facilitate the accounts.


Must be able to travel throughout the state of Georgia and South Carolina.


Responsibilities/ Requirements:

  • Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Build relationships with dealers via phone, email & face to face meetings
  • The ability to work independently but also as a team player
  • Excellent time management, superior organizational & communication skills
  • Ability to educate & guide Dealers on program offerings
  • Provide issue resolution with products and services
  • Draw key insights from analytics
  • Manage a multitude of tasks in a timely fashion
  • Provide feedback on program improvements
  • Needs to be highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Technological understanding
  • Ability to travel (drive & fly) with overnight hotel stays
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurship, focus and determination
  • Excellent work ethic and customer focused orientation
  • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive

  • Ability to learn, reason and adapt quickly
  • The position will require 75% travel.
  • A professional appearance is required.
  • Maintain effective coverage of territory through professionally managed client relations and routine follow-up of all customers
  • Maintain consistent, routine communication with senior management and colleagues to consistently improve territory and performance
  • Consistently adhere to high standards of professionalism
  • Provide ongoing training to dealership personnel beyond initial program installation
  • Interact on-site and remotely with dealership staff to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues and provide the appropriate resolution
  • Bachelors preferred
  • 2+ years of B2B account management experience (automotive industry experience a strong plus)

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
