Job description

• Monitor production process to ensure that all project objectives are accomplished and are on time. Communicate with team members to keep them abreast of job status and all changes that may affect the project outcome. • Responsible for reviewing all change order items to ensure all costs are accounted for and that they fall within the given project time constraints and project budget. • Maintain an accurate and accountable job file in Electronic Master Files on all project activities. • Work with accounting to reconcile charges and ensure that appropriate costs for show services are associated with the correct job. • Travel to assigned client shows / events as needed / directed. • Provide customer service support both in the office and the field. • Represent the company and its products and services professionally in a manner consistent with current marketing direction. Desired Skills & Experience • 2-5 years of relevant trade show or industry experience. Passionate about live events! • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and Internet proficiency. • Proven ability to anticipate problems, analyze and determine alternate solutions. • Ability to work independently, with cross-functional teams. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Outstanding multi-tasking ability. • Demonstrates a "can-do" attitude and good business sense. • Ability to work flexible hours and operate under severe time constraints. Reporting Structure  The AM reports to, and is fully accountable to, the Account Director (AD).  This position will work directly with AE on a day-to-day basis. Issues with regard to work problems or unusual requests must be addressed to the AD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
