Responsibilities:

  • Support, manage and grow existing key accounts - taking overall responsibility for managing the supply of content to the business and resulting revenue
  • Work collaboratively with Project Management, Engineering, Product and Product Operations to ensure efficient and timely technical integrations
  • Drive Publisher / Key Account Onboarding in coordination with Treasury, Legal, Finance and Tax to facilitate a compliant onboarding process
  • Collaborate internally to create an interlock with Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to assist with cross-selling opportunities for your key accounts
  • Work in partnership with Marketing teams to facilitate go-to-market, live service and key marketing campaign beat executions in order to drive revenue through repeat spend
  • Support the building of sales pitches and presentations
  • Support the creation, management and execution of objectives and key results for the key accounts that you own
  • Take ownership of monthly and quarterly business review presentations and datasets that can be shared both internally and with the publisher / key account
  • Develop an understanding of market trends, monetization strategies, and technologies to identify upsell opportunities within your key account list

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales and/or account management role in the gaming (preferred) or other digital content industry
  • Experience effectively managing the day to day key account management
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and presentation skills (additional language is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to contribute to a high-growth business
  • Ability to successfully participate in projects involving cross-functional teams
  • Effective time management skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business offerings and product feature requests
  • Proactive, self-driven, and highly motivated
