Account Executive (Specialty Stores), 7 For All Mankind

As an Account Executive under general guidance from the Sales Manager, this position is accountable for managing primarily specialty store accounts for the US Men’s Wholesale business. The Account Executive is a key member of the wholesale team, responsible for maintaining and growing an active list of accounts by selling in the market, via phone, on the road, and via e-mail.

This position is based in our New York 7 For All Mankind Office Office next to the Empire State Building.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Responsible for driving business and prospecting new accounts for the specialty business
  • Collect and analyze weekly retail selling
  • Manages return authorizations (RAs) for specialty accounts
  • Travels to visit accounts and review product
  • Key representative at local markets and major tradeshows
  • Create and distributes weekly email blasts to drive sales with specialty accounts
  • Coordinates with customer service to solve shipping problems with specialty stores
  • Maintains sample line and prepares before major shows
  • Responsible for forecasting additional business by month for their territory
  • Collaborates with Sales Manager on strategies for specialty sales
Requirements:

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • 4+ years experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Showroom experience required
  • Understanding of specialty store business and contemporary market a strong plus
  • Existing relationships with a strong premium specialty clientele base
  • Denim experience appreciated
  • 50% Travel required by car, air, and at times, overnight
  • Driver License is required
  • Lift requirement 15lbs+

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to cold call and develop new business.
  • Microsoft Excel experience required.
  • NuOrder experience plus
