Our product automates this process within minutes. We gather permissions across different enterprise applications, and our access engine automatically provisions access and identifies anomalies. We are looking for our founding Account Executive to join Crosswire. In this role you will be laying the foundation for future Account Executives who join Crosswire. We are looking for a high-energy, driven, sales professional with sound business acumen, strong interpersonal aptitude, and natural sales instincts. While it isn’t a requirement, it would be ideal if you have experience selling into security and/or IT functions, especially at the senior manager or higher level. This role reports to the co-founders of Crosswire.

The primary goal for the Mid-Market Account Executive is to identify, educate, and close Crosswire’s growing list of early marquee enterprise accounts. These AEs are full-cycle sellers that will be responsible for prospecting, managing customer evaluations, and closing new business.

As a high-growth startup, early employees have many opportunities for rapid career advancement. The next 12-24 months will quickly establish Crosswire’s initial GtM team. Enterprise Account Executives will operate in a target-rich environment with large territories, have the flexibility and autonomy to close new business, as well as reap the financial rewards uniquely available at this stage.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5+ years showing a successful track record of exceeding sales targets with a demonstrated ability selling to a technical audience

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a true start-up environment with minimal structure in place

  • Love to work at early-stage start-ups where the ability to directly impact the organization is high

  • An excellent verbal and written communicator with a passion for early stage, product-led sales.

  • Experience with modern prospecting research methods, discovery tools, and sales tools.

  • Comfort with outbound communication across multiple channels such as email, phone, and chat.

  • You embrace each interaction and represent the Crosswire brand of putting the customer first

  • An independent, life-long learner that can learn Crosswire’s product and the customer’s struggles and needs.

  • You enjoy experimentation and adapt to the changing needs of the business

  • A kind person

  • Experience with cloud providers, technical products, and SaaS

  • Associated technical buyer personas within mid-market and large enterprise customers (engineers, IT, and their leadership personas)

  • Experience with a product-led sales motion

  • Experience selling developer tools

Compensation Range: $100K - $135K
