Account Executive Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate & drive requests for proposals
- Create and maintain client files
- Communicate professionally with a variety of clients & partners
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Experience, and/or Abilities:
- Be accountable and coachable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic, both independently and as part of the team
- Ability to handle situations in a calm, courteous and professional manner
- Customer focused to establish and maintain effective relationships
- Possess extreme attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
Education and/or Experience:
- State of Nebraska Life & Health Insurance License preferred, or be willing to obtain license
- More than 2 years' experience in business or health/ancillary insurance industry preferred
- Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
