- Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

- Technology: ensures Agency Management Systems are kept up to date for full unit as requested. Processes enrollments and changes for clients as requested. Ensures deadlines are met
- Service: with guidance, assists unit to help support clients, vendors, and associates to solve issues relating to Employee Benefit programs, including benefits administration processing, COBRA / Health Reimbursement Arrangement administration and tracking. Provides superior customer service and support to all external and internal clients and vendors with guidance. Oversee data entry for fully insured experience reporting.
- Renewal Process/Plan Implementation: assists team in coordinating renewal and enrollment process. Ensures follow-through on all processes as requested to be performed by unit(s) and/or manager.
- Up to 6 months of similar or related experience
- Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
- Ability to be firm and persuasive when needed, while maintaining good relationships
- High degree of courtesy, diplomacy, and tact
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft products and agency systems
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong communication. presentation skills, and written skills
- Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Commitment to work through projects to completion
- Strong reasoning skills
- Excellent organizational skills
