Those all-important functions and responsibilities:

• Function as a support team member to a group of Account Executives whose role is to communicate our digital products to our clients.
• Setting up meetings and completing reports and documents for Account Executives ahead of their calls with clients.
• Be a go-to advocate for what we do, with the ability to explain basic advertising, digital media, and marketing concepts.
• Provide professional, informed, and timely responses to internal and external contacts.
• Establish customer rapport, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships.
• In the role, you will receive initial onboarding and ongoing product training including your Google Ads Certifications to become a knowledgeable consultant in all things digital.
• Be part of a team that rewards and values professionalism, collaboration, success, and teamwork.
• Special project support for account growth as needed.
• Provide support for general office-related tasks to ensure a positive and welcoming environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
