Position Title: Access Counselor (Job ID 9015)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Triage phone calls answering consumer questions
- Receive initial phone calls from consumer obtaining information and reason for referral, performing brief mental health assessment
- Schedule clients for initial appointment, begin financial documentation process
