Our Company has openings for the position of a full time, permanent Able Seaman (Limited, Unlimited or Special) making $303.83 per day aboard our US flagged self-unloading vessels. We are looking to hire for mid March - Fit-Out and start of our 2023 sailing season!

Responsibilities

• Following safe work procedures
• Assist with loading and unloading of cargo
• Perform duties in port such as line handling
• Follow instruction from Licensed Crew on various tasks such as cleaning and maintenance
• Standing part of a Navigation Watch while under way
• Other duties as assigned

  TWIC Card - Transportation Worker Identification Credential
• United States Merchant Mariners Credential with Able Seaman Endorsement (Unlimited, Limited or Special) by the USCG
• Unexpired US Passport or Enhanced Driver's License and allowed entry into Canada
• Legally authorized to work in the US, without restriction
• Excellent communication and ability to multi-task
• Experience working as a team and desire to working together as a team player

• Maritime training or recent vessel experience preferred
