Leading Provider of Home-Based ABA Therapy for Children with Autism

Response Time-Usually within 24 hours of application

Responsibilities as an ABA Therapist:

• We offer a $200 sign on Bonus
• Additional $3 per hour when you provide more than 24 hours in any pay period
• Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in a home-based setting (while getting “center based” type of support)
• Collect data and implement treatment plans individualized for each child
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
• Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client

What you need:

• At least 1 year of ABA experience
• A passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on program
• Some afternoons or weekend availability
• Care love and compassion to each and every child

What you will get:

· Hourly Pay: $23 - $26 per hour

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
