The only nonprofit provider of ABA therapy in Upstate South Carolina, we offer a range of programs designed to meet the needs of our more than 200 clients, creating a flexible, fast-paced, and collaborative environment for our staff. We are actively seeking energetic, dedicated individuals interested in beginning a career as a full- or part-time Line Therapist and an opportunity to join an organization centered on excellence, growth, teamwork, and innovation. You will be able to measure success through both special moments and scientific data.

Your responsibilities:

• working with a child, youth, or young adult with autism in a fast-paced session to build skills, following an individualized plan prepared by that child's team supervisor
• providing direct 1:1 ABA services targeting language and play development and new academic, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.
• creating a fun, engaging environment for clients, using each individual's motivations to promote meaningful learning opportunities and experiences.

Job Description:

As a member of Project Hope Foundation, a line therapist works on client teams under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized educational and behavioral programming through 2-4 hour sessions of one-on-one therapy.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• High School Diploma or the national equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC)
• Commitment to become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Clear background check and 2 Step TB Test.
• Positive attitude and ability to work within a team environment
• Relevant experience with children or disabilities is preferred
